With PayDay One, your customers get the Great Rate Guarantee by filling out our easy application and applying for a loan. Your customers do not need to call. There's no faxing involved and applications are reviewed immediately. Your affiliate commissions are always tracked because our process is 100% online.
Customers simply complete our secure online, one-time application (no faxing), submit the application to us, and will be notified of our decision in a matter of seconds. They will then digitally agree to the terms of the loan and submit the agreement. We will then ACH (electronically deposit) the proceeds of the loan into the customer's checking account the very next business day (assuming the transaction was completed by 5:00 pm CT). Customers will be provided with several repayment options when the loan is due so that they can either repay the loan entirely, pay finance charges and refinance the loan*, or pay finance charges and some of the principal balance and refinance the loan. Because our application and loan process are totally online, there's no loss to your affiliate conversions.
PayDay One Affiliates are paid a commission of $25.00 per new PayDay One customer that you refer from your site. To be eligible for the commission, the customer must complete an application, be accepted by PayDay One, have the loan funded, and not be a previous PayDay One customer. All determinations of whether a commission is payable will be made by PayDay One and will be final and binding on Affiliate.
Checks for commissions earned in each calendar month will be issued no later than the 15th of the following month, provided that your account has reached a minimum of $100.00. Accounts with a balance of less than $100.00 will roll over to the next month and will be paid on a calendar quarterly basis.

PayDay One has worked hard to define its brand and establish a solid market presence. During this process, we've created proprietary assets including our name and other trademarked words. Based on this business philosophy, our terms and conditions regarding bidding on our trademarks and name in pay-per-click search engines are as set forth in this addendum. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on PayDay One's trademarked words. Prohibited words are those including, but not limited to, any the following or variations thereof:

Affiliates must ensure that your site does not copy or resemble the look and feel of PayDay One or create the impression that your site is our site or a part of our site. Please submit the URLs for all sites you plan to use to promote PayDay One via email to affiliates@paydayone.com
You must have and comply with a privacy policy consistent with federal and state laws and regulations, which must be prominently displayed on your affiliate site.
